By accessing or using BFF (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your region. If you are under the age where parental consent is required, use BFF only with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account and Profiles

You may create a profile using your Instagram handle. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity on your account.

4. User Content & Conduct

• You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., quizzes, replies, photos).
• You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• You will not upload illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights; you will not harass, bully, or impersonate others; you will not attempt to disrupt or hack the Service.

5. App Features and Permissions

• Camera/Photos: Used to capture a selfie to reveal quiz results and to upload a userpic. Denying permission may limit these features.
• Push Notifications: Used to notify quiz owners about new replies. You can disable in system settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our trademarks, logos, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our branding except as allowed by the Service’s normal operation.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or safety reasons.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
